We can divide all the studies of health field up to now into three parts according to character. First, the study of the basic medical science objectifying many kind of diseases existing in the society. Second, the study of health behavioral pattern objectifying people’s knowledge, attitude, behavioral and so on health and policy. Third, the study of the meadical care delivery system objectifying the means of health medical care such as system, human strength, facilities relating to health. Among these, we can see that the study of the people s knowledge, attitude, practice has been treated negligently. Therefore, I intended that this study is helpful for the directions of afterward study and medical equity on the basis of a theological approach and some studying materiale made recently. First, indeed we needs the development accounting facilities of investigating study relating to health knowledge, attitude, practice. We don’t have any studying materials and have many difficulties in establishing an efficient policy resulting from the impossibility of a universal and objective study because the measurement is not developed in order to study scientifically in spite that the universal study attitude and the measurement facilities must be preceded. Second, there exist two sides, those who provide medical care and those who receive medical care, so to speak, provider and receiver. We can not fail to have problems in establishing a complete health medical care policy as far as we don’t the behavior on receiver, so to speak, knowledge, attitude, practice. We must prepare collective efforts and financial supports for the development of health behavioral pattern studying approaches suitable for the social, cultural condition in a present step. Third, needless to say the development of people s health knowledge and attitude, we must establish the organization majoring health education in the government organization in order to adopt all the enterprises developed by the health medical care organization and government by people and we must secure finances resulting from it. The organization such as this must superintend the development of terms which can utilize in people s health education.
